   Bones are also composed of about 30% water and blood also......

Men require more water than women and pregnant or breast feeding woman requires more water than a normal woman....

Children requires more water than adults....

If we are exercising or doing hard core exercises then we require more water than a normal person....

If we are living in a hot climate then also we require more water to drink....

Same goes when we are eating very spicy food or taking medicines , water requirement increases in both of the conditions....

If we are suffering from fever , vomiting , diarrhea , you should drink more water than a normal person....

πŸ’   What will happen if we don't drink enough water???
Sometime , when we are too busy in doing some work , busy in computer or doing office work.

Don't remember to drink enough water and time to time our body doesn't inform us to drink water , so in this type of cases we feel headache , acidity in stomach or straining , it's important to drink enough water on time to time to work efficiently.....

The numerous process which are happening in our body , can't work well without water.....

If we don't drink enough water , our body temperature won't stay within its normal range.....

Our joints won't support well....

If we won't keep our body hydrated during the day , we will feel laziness or energy level will drop down.....

Our body lose more water than usual when we sweat too much , suffer from fever , diarrhea or pee a lot or vomiting , so we have have to replenish this water requirement with new water.....

Fruit Water
If we don't want to drink simple water , we can drink lemon juice , water melon , fruit Water , eat green vegetables etc , this will also complete water requirement of our body.....

If we are going outside , we can carry water bottles to drink water time to time...

πŸ’  Can we drink too much water than our body requirement???

Excess of anything is not good in our life , same goes with the water , if we drink excess water , there can be frequent urination (not a problem or disease if we drink lot of water)...

But there are some of benefits also if we drink too much water one time in a month or in two week gaps :- 

Excess heat from our body will be out as too much water will work like a coolant....
