How to be happy    

Happiness is something which is important for a better healthy life . Happiness is like we see on face of our pet animals or as on the face of mother earth...


In this post we will discuss about how to be happy , so let's get started.......

◼◼ Ways to become happy -----

1.) Keep pet animals near you :- 

    Pet animals helps to reduce stress and divert mind to happiness.....


   Playing with your pet , bathing or massaging your pet , giving food to your pet etc will help to increase happiness level .....

2.) Go outside with your friends :-

    Going outside with your friends for playing games , seeing movies , going in gym , taking yoga classes , car racing , adventurous ride etc...

These type of activities with your friends will relieve your stress and remove those things from your mind which keeps you away from happiness.......

3.) Reduce stress on your mind :- 

    Stress is the most important thing which keeps you away from happiness and also makes you ill.....

    Stress can be relieved by doing yoga , walking in early morning , doing swimming etc.... These things will help you reduces stress , which directly increases your happiness level.....

4.) Start working :- 

    If you are staying at a place whole day , then your mind may become narrow or congested , which keeps you away from happiness....


   You can start your own work , or work which you like to do ......

5.) Start doing Yoga :-

     Doing yoga daily early in the morning , refreshes your with new thought and when fresh air enters your body , make you feel relaxed......

     You can do pranayama yoga which help to relived stress from mind and makes you feel energetic and happy .......

6.) Try to complete your hobbies :- 

    Hobbies vary from person to person . Some would like to play games , some would like to go on ride , some would spending time with pets etc......


    Always try fulfill your hobby once in a week , doing your hobby once in week will help you forgot those things which makes you sad and helps to become happy .......

7.)  Start to watch funny TV episodes :- 

    Who doesn't like Mr. Bean , everyone likes him , like this , you can start to see your favorite episodes or movies ,


  Seeing your favorite movies or episodes will help you to be happy and to reduce stress also......

8.) Start gardening :-

    Try to grow your favorite plants in your backyard or where there is any space available near you....

    Try to water these plants daily in every morning , so that when you see these plants growing , your mind will be happy and this will also helps to increase your eyesight......

9.) Start to read books :- 

    Reading a book will increase your knowledge and also divert your mind from bad or sad emotions which increases happiness ......

   Reading your book will also help to be happy as it's your interest that what you are reading ......
  
10.) Give time family :- 
  
      Eating food , going on picnic , going to see movie in theater , gossips or doing any work with your family will definitely increase the level of happiness.....

   This will also decrease stress from your mind.....

  You can follow the upper suggestion and try to decrease negativity , spent more time with your friends , spent more and more time with your pet animal ...............

  1. For a fact, we all experience anger in our lives. Uncontrolled anger, however, can create problems in our relationships and even with our health. All of this can lead to more stress and additional problems, which can complicate life and keep us from being our best selves. You have to learn to be happy by yourself no matter how many times you have been hurt or abuses, it is not easy. I am very much aware of the fact that letting go and being happy alone is not easy, because I was there, not once nor twice, but in the end, I came out stronger. I take everything that has happened to be a learn and as humans, we make mistakes, all you have to do is to forgive yourself and love YOU. You deserve that. You are far better than what they would make you feel or believe. The wonderful post you've shared here and also I read through your blog and I am left speechless, you're an awesome writer.
